This site is run by Organic Media Buying, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registered address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA), under the name GroundedKit.

What we collect

• Waitlist: if you join, we store your email address and the date and time you joined. Nothing else from the form.
• Email you send us: if you email hello@groundedkit.com, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and track corrections.
• Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

MCP server and API

The free, read-only MCP server at https://groundedkit.com/mcp (used from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools) and the JSON API need no account, login or API key.

• What it receives: only the arguments of each tool call, such as the statistic text you or your AI assistant asks us to check, a search query, a claim id or a result limit, plus the standard request data any website receives (IP address, user agent, MCP client name).
• How it is used: the server matches the text against our claim database and returns the result. We do not build profiles, and we do not use tool-call contents to train AI models. We do not receive or ask for your conversation history, files or memory.
• Anonymous log of unmatched statistics: when a statistic sent to check_stat or verify_text matches nothing in our database, we store that statistic's text (cut to 300 characters, with email addresses, URLs and phone-number patterns removed), the tool name and the date, so we know which stats to check next. We do not store the IP address, user agent, client name or any other part of the request with it, and we store nothing for statistics that match. These entries are deleted automatically after about 13 months. Please don't put personal information in text you ask us to check.
• Third parties: requests pass through Cloudflare, our host, which may keep standard request logs under its own policy. We do not sell or share tool-call data with anyone else.
• Retention: apart from the anonymous unmatched-statistic log above, tool-call contents are not retained by us after the response is sent. Cloudflare's operational logs follow Cloudflare's retention.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party ad pixels on this site.

Why we use it

We use your waitlist email only to tell you about early access to GroundedKit and closely related launches. Every email will include a way to opt out, and replying "unsubscribe" works too.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for their marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@groundedkit.com.

Children

This site is for professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
